“On the 12th September 2008 I had cause to come to your car showroom with my Honda Civic, as there was a problem with the rear seatbelts. After inspection by one of the staff from reception the situation was deemed serious so he took some photos of the seat belts and rear seat. I was told that the 3 anchor straps needed replacing as did the middle strap.

My car was booked in for 18th September where upon the problem was put right. I would like to take this opportunity to thank your staff for their friendly attitude and the way that they treated me was indeed a credit to Honda. Also a big thank-you to Honda for putting my family’s safety first, this car was the third one that I have bought from Honda and will not be the last. The saying goes “You get what you pay for” that is certainly true at Honda.”

"Mrs Evans wanted [Bristol Honda] to know how well Mark Hyman dealt with her issue, he was efficient, dealt with the problem on the same day, took photographs and processed the warranty and had the vehicle back in within 2 days for the work to be carried out. 

Mrs Evans had the use of a courtesy car and dealt with us at her convenience.  She collected her car last Thursday and dealt with Errol who, again, rang her when he said he would and was courteous and efficient."
